Introduction of our artist

One of our artist, Anton Molnar (born in 1957 in Budapest, Hungary).

In January 2006, Anton Molnarfs prints will make their genuine debut in the art gallery of the Venetian, the gigantic hotel resort in
Las Vegas. Released byAmericafs most authoritative publishing house, the prints will be distributed to more than 100 galleries throughout the country.

For nearly the past ten years, Anton Molnarfs works have continued to be major hits in
Europe and the US. In Japan, as well, Molnarfs original oil paintings have been held in high favor, but his prints, mysteriously, had somehow not been popular. At long last, however, the rage has begun to take hold.

In Molnarfs native
Budapest, plans are currently underway to turn a castle from the Middle Ages into the Anton Molnar Gallery.

In addition, his large-scale works adorn the Crillon Hotel and the Royal Palm Hotel, an ultra-luxury hotel in
Mauritius.

Works of Molnar, who is currently living in Fontainebleau (on the outskirts of Paris) were bought up by the government of Hungary to be given as a gift to Jacques Chirac, the president of France, in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of friendship between the two countries. Since then, it seems that M. Chirac has become a Molnar fan.

A certain successful realtor had several of Molnarfs works decorating his luxurious home in Miami. One day, a young man moved in next door and asked him if he would sell the golf course attached to his home. Entranced by the works of Antonfs that he saw at that time, the young man expressed the wish to commission the artist, as well. That young man was Tiger Woods.

A cigar-loving customer who appeared at Gerard, a Swiss cigar company famous around the world, was transfixed by the works of Molnar that adorned the walls. Anton happened to be visiting Geneva at that time, and the president of Gerard, thinking to make an introduction, said that Molnar was likely having coffee nearby. He had the customer wait while he tried to get Anton on his cell phone but was unable to get through for two hours. Finally, and most reluctantly, the customer left. When Anton returned soon thereafter, the owner said, gI wonder who that person was to have waited so long to commission a picture from you?h The answer? The current governor of California - Arnold Schwarzenegger. Well, he is known to be fond of cigars. Incidentally, at that time, Anton had forgotten that he had turned his cell phone off.....

In addition, supermodels, including Cindy Crawford, Anne Flore,Petra and many others, long for the chance to pose for him.

The latest news concerns a work that Molnar completed at the direct request of
the head of the
Louis Vuitton & Moet Henessy (LVMH) Group. Because it turned out incredibly well, the president of Henessy held a party to introduce the work, all by itself, at the Palace of Versailles. Various ambassadors and other VIPs were invited, such as the president of Ferrari, and a hall was provided for a contemporary artist for the first time in the palacefs history. Musicians from the Paris Opera House played chamber music, and sumptuous cuisine and the worldfs finest champagnes and wines were served in what was a first experience, even for Mr. and Mrs. Molnar. The work will be hung in the entranceway of LVMHfs new head-office building, and it seems that Molnar has already been commissioned for a second work.

Also the Late J.Treents Liado, Salasa, Akira Yokoyama, Davide Pizzigoni from PROVA SOUTH PACIFIC is available.
